The content of liquid oxygen and acetylene in the liquid air in the air separation unit needs to be analyzed frequently, so the liquid oxygen and liquid air discharge valves need to be opened frequently. If there is water at the stuffing box of the valve, and the temperature drops when the liquid is discharged, it will cause the packing, valve rod and stuffing box to freeze together, and the valve rod will have difficulty in rotating or cannot rotate at all, resulting in difficulty in closing the valve. At the initial stage of liquid discharge, the valve rod should be rotated continuously to prevent this phenomenon. If the valve rod cannot rotate when frozen, steam should be used to heat the stuffing box and close the valve.

The intelligent cylinder manufacturing of DEAR air separation adopts the advanced intelligent CNC four roll rounding machine to roll the cylinder, realizing the automatic centering of feeding, and the automatic pre bending and rounding of input adjustment data; Make full use of the big data storage function of the rounding machine, through its own intelligent data screening, combined with the intelligent detection function, reasonably control the data exchange between the barrel radius of curvature and the work roll, so as to achieve accurate rounding data, realize the automatic rounding function, and improve the barrel production quality. Whether the ovality of the distillation column cylinder meets the standard is the basis to ensure that the equipment can meet the design technical indicators. The excessive ovality of the cylinder causes uneven assembly of structured packing and affects the distillation effect.

The nitrogen from the top of the upper tower is piped through the nitrogen gas pipeline, reheated through the main heat exchanger of the colder tower, and a portion of the nitrogen is pumped out, then combined with the first pipeline and a portion of the nitrogen vaporised in the liquefier in the third pipeline before going to the main vessel. The first raw material air pipeline is heated up and out of the cold box in liquid air separation plant, then goes to the high pressure heat exchanger of ...

When the main condenser evaporator leaks seriously, a large amount of high-pressure nitrogen will leak to the low-pressure oxygen side, and the pressure of the upper and lower columns and the purity of the product will change significantly until normal production cannot be maintained. When the main condenser evaporator leaks slightly, the pressure of the upper and lower columns will not change significantly, and the purity of liquid oxygen in the main condenser evaporator will not decrease significantly. The common phenomenon is that the purity of the gas and liquid oxygen in the main condensing evaporator is very different, and the gas concentration is lower than that in equilibrium with liquid oxygen. For example, the concentration of liquid oxygen is 99% and that of gaseous oxygen is 96%, that 7 main cooling pipes were found to be leaking during maintenance. The common causes of leakage are as follows: 1. Pipes are worn due to mutual vibration. For long tube condensing evap
