In the construction of large diameter steel pipeline blowing and flushing, blasting blowing method is replacing the other construction methods used in the past.
Blast blowing is to be blown at one end of the pipe with a much lower strength than the pipe rupture disc closed, the other end into the compressed air. The pressure of the air in the system gradually rises, and when it exceeds the limit pressure that the rupture disc can withstand, the rupture disc suddenly ruptures and the compressed air in the system instantaneously and rapidly expands from the rupture mouth at a very high rate. At the same time, the welding slag and other debris in the pipeline in the role of vibration caused by the blast and the impact of high-speed airflow is also discharged, repeated several times, you can achieve the requirements of blowing.
