1. Design of membrane frame
The main skeleton design uses I-beam steel, focusing on neat and solid appearance, including local strengthening design.
The design of the main skeleton is made of I-beam steel, mainly focusing on a neat and strong shape, including local strengthening design. The design is mainly based on the selection of some components that are used frequently and are more critical in the liquid air separation plant, including regulators, manual valves, duplexes, needle valves and other components, in order to improve the operational stability of the liquid air separation plant and improve the shape of the liquid air separation plant.
2. Overall shape design of liquid air separation plant
The focus is on improving the overall shape of the liquid air separation plant, including the overall layout design of the liquid air separation plant, silencer shape design, associated bypass design, etc.
The main focus was on the rational design of the overall layout of the liquid air separation plant, the design of controlled bypasses for the core filters and cold dryers, the design of exhaust air circuits for air and nitrogen storage tanks in accordance with the requirements of pressure vessels, and the design of reasonable layouts for silencers.
DEAR Design and Research Institute set up a management committee, an academic committee and an administrative office to give full play to the advantages of the technical units in terms of talent, technology, equipment and other scientific research resources.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
