The liquid air separation plant system uses the cold energy to produce liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon in an air separation system, including an air compression pre-cooling system, an air purification system, an air separation system and a nitrogen circulation system for liquid air separation plant cold recovery. the nitrogen circulation system for liquid air separation plant cold recovery is placed in a separate cold box from the main cold box of the air separation system. the liquid air separation plant cold recovery system includes a high and low pressure low temperature circulation nitrogen compressor, a high pressure heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separator and a nitrogen circulation system for liquid air separation plant cold recovery. high pressure heat exchanger, and gas-liquid separator. The raw air recovers the low temperature cold energy from the liquid air separation plant and transfers it to the air separation system. The high temperature cold energy is used for the intermediate cooling of the air compressor and the cooling of the compressed air by means of a suitable refrigerant. Utilising the liquid air separation plant cold energy in stages significantly reduces electricity and water consumption compared to conventional all-liquid air separation plants. Leakage of methane into the fractionation system is eliminated, making the liquid air separation plant  safe.

Kaifeng DEAR Air Separation Co., Ltd. has achieved fine, perfect, strict and safe design in terms of material selection for small air separation units, large air separation units and liquid air separation plant manufacturing according to actual requirements and specific conditions.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
