Installation of the air pre-cooling system in small air separation unit

(1) Air cooling tower is a pressure vessel, the site is strictly prohibited on the tower body fire.

(2) installation requirements: verticality <1/1000, the full length of the range shall not exceed 10mm.

(3) loading material before, clear the tower debris and check the tower pieces of fasteners, confirm no loose, off.

(4) bare cold before, air-cooled tower, water-cooled tower at the top of the screen mist trap again check, confirm no gap, no loose.

(5) filler into the tower before, need to check the filler specifications, apparent quality, strength, quantity, etc. to confirm the correct. If the filler can not be filled immediately, need to be stored in the warehouse, should not be long-term open-air placement.

(6) filler installation: filler shall not be mixed, shall not contact grease. Can not be directly from the top of the tower directly into, should be from different heights of the hole for layering filling.

(7) test pressure: after installation, to work pressure on the system for gas tightness test, maintain pressure time shall not be less than 2 hours, shall not leak.
