How to prevent water ingress accidents in large air separation plant?

Water ingress can have the following phenomena: molecular sieve pressure fluctuates from high to low, the resistance of the adsorber rises, and the temperature profile changes after heating and cold blowing. The most obvious change is a drop-in temperature after cold blowing and the appearance of a flat-headed peak. The longer the distance between the curves of the flat-head wind, the more water is fed into the molecular sieve in large air separation plant.

 

Measures to prevent water intake in molecular sieve purification system: air-cooled tower should be operated according to the protocol, first ventilation, to wait for the pressure to rise and stabilise before passing a large amount of air; can not suddenly increase or reduce the amount of air; maintain the air-cooled tower water level; water spraying volume can not be too large; water quality should meet the requirements, reduce the temperature of the incoming water, and reduce scale.
