2. The gas gauge tube (such as the pressure gauge tube) should not be in contact with cold equipment or cold tubes, and the distance should not be less than 2000 mm.
3. The upper valve tube of the liquid level meter tube should be made from the container for 1/10. slope upward sloping to the valve, the lower valve tube from the container in the horizontal lead, in close to the wall of the cold box about 300 mm range (hot zone part) bend into Ω-shaped to the valve.
The air separation unit assembly of the cold-holding box should meet the following requirements
1. The outer surface of the weld should be made continuous welding, and should not miss welding.
2. The verticality of the vertical equipment should not exceed 2/1000.
3. The flange of the vertical liquefied gas pump should not exceed 1/1000.
The strength test and gas tightness test of the air separation plant before it is put in place
1. The manufacturer has made strength test and has the certificate of conformity of the pressurized equipment may not be strength test only gas tightness test, but if the equipment is found to have traces of damage or has been partially modified on site or parked for too long, the strength test should be made.
2. The strength test should be applied to the water pressure method, it is not appropriate to use water as a medium or complex structure of the equipment (distillation tower, plate fin heat exchanger, adsorption filter, etc.) to apply the air pressure method, but there must be reliable security measures, and by the relevant departments to study the decision before proceeding.
3. The strength test and the gas tightness test pressure and stopping time should be in accordance with the design or equipment technical documents.
