There are several considerations for the maintenance of the oil cooler as follows.
1.The cooling water is purified fresh water.
2.To prevent scaling and improve the heat transfer coefficient, the cooling water temperature should be as low as possible and the water flow rate should be as large as possible.
3.In the cold season, in order to prevent the cooler heat transfer tube from freezing and cracking, the remaining oil and water in the cooler must be drained when it is out of use.
4.When the cooler is out of use for a long period of time, the oil side should be filled with (0.02 to 0.02) water. 02 a 0 . 04MPa) nitrogen gas.
5.Due to heat transfer tube wall dirt, oil cooler of long-term work led to heat transfer performance decline, must be regularly out of service cleaning, cleaning cycle depending on water quality, generally 6 ~ 12 months cleaning once, cleaning methods: the water side using clean high-speed water rinse, front and rear cover and heat transfer tube wall, can also use mechanical methods to clean the heat transfer tube wall, and then blow dry with compressed air; oil side using less than 0 . 5MPa trichloroethylene solution rinsing, solution flow direction and oil flow direction opposite, then rinse with water, and finally must use compressed air blowing dry. After the cleaning is completed, the air tightness test must be checked, and the water pressure test must be carried out before the small air separation unit can be put into operation.
Dear Air Separation has strict specifications for the maintenance of air separation unit, in order to refine the requirements for air separation manufacturing.
