Installation of supports and hangers:
1) Firstly, the setting out and positioning shall be carried out according to the drawings to determine the position of the expansion bolt. The sliding platform car meeting the safety requirements shall be used to drill holes on the top of the room, install the expansion bolt, and keep it vertical. The drill bit of the electric hammer shall match the size of the expansion bolt.
2) The C-section steel and suspender shall be cut and drilled according to the design elevation and size, then installed and screwed into the expansion bolt to ensure the verticality of suspender, the levelness of C-section steel and elevation size.
Pipeline installation and construction:
The pipeline installation shall be carried out in coordination with the construction of other disciplines. During the installation process, the key processes shall be determined and carried out in strict accordance with each process. According to the construction organization design, the pipeline installation plan organizes the construction by zones and systems, and the equipment process piping shall be carried out after the equipment installation. Pipeline installation shall be carried out in close cooperation with equipment, electrical instruments and other disciplines to ensure construction period and quality.
Electrical installation:
1) The cables introduced into the cabinet shall be arranged neatly, fixed firmly and reliably, and the connected terminals shall not be subject to tension.
2) The exposed cable trays shall be arranged horizontally and vertically, and arranged in order. Within the same straight line section, the horizontal and linear deviation shall be less than 10mm. The piping shall be connected tightly and the pipe orifice shall be smooth. The cable shall be laid in layers according to the power cable, control cable and signal cable, and arranged in order. It is strictly prohibited to cross and twist. The bending radius of the cable shall be ≥ 10d.
3) The support shall be laid and fixed reliably, and the cables of the same support shall be arranged in correct order.
4) The cable turns and branches shall not be disordered, the direction shall be neat and clear, and the signboards at both ends shall be clear and complete.
5) The detector is installed on the panel, arranged neatly and clearly marked on the nameplate.
