The so-called nitrogen water precooler with water, generally refers to the air out of the spray cooling tower with too much water fault. The air cooling tower cools the air through direct contact between air and water. Theoretically, the moisture content of the air out of the tower is the corresponding moisture content of the saturated air at that time.When the temperature is constant, the partial pressure of water vapor in saturated air (that is, the saturated pressure of water vapor at that temperature) is a constant value, which has nothing to do with the total pressure of saturated air. In other words, regardless of the total pressure of saturated air, the mass content of water vapor in the same volume of saturated air is the same. Therefore, the higher the total pressure of the same mass of saturated air is controlled, the smaller the total volume and the less water (mass) contained in the saturated air.DEAR Cryogenic air separation unit.If the outlet temperature of the purifier rises suddenly during use, it means that the air has brought the water in the air cooling tower into the adsorber and should be treated urgently. At the beginning of switching, there is a large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet, even as high as 20 ℃. This is due to the fact that the process of the adsorber switching to charging is a process of pressure increasing, and the adsorption capacity of the molecular sieve increases.
DEAR Cryogenic air separation unit.Most of the reasons that the oxygen generator needs to be shut down for maintenance before the specified period are due to the faults of running machinery and switching system. At the same time, the forced valve and automatic valve of air separation, the internal leakage of some heat exchangers, the damage and internal leakage of internal low-temperature valve, the fatigue fracture of pipeline expansion joint, etc. will make the oxygen generator need to stop for maintenance in the midway.A cooler is added at the end of the turbine air compressor to reduce the air temperature below 100 ℃ before entering the spray tower. The packing ring and water separation device should be inspected, cleaned or replaced regularly. The maintenance of the liquid level self regulating device should be strengthened to ensure the normal indication of the water level gauge and the accurate and reliable action of the automatic water level regulating valve. Even if the self-regulation is put into operation, the water level should be checked frequently and strictly controlled within the specified range.
DEAR Cryogenic air separation unit.It can be divided into three stages: cooling equipment, liquid accumulation and rectification condition adjustment. Compared with the start-up mode of switching process, it can be called "overall cooling method" or "one-time cooling method". Attention should be paid to the following points during the start-up operation: the molecular sieve used for the first time should be activated and regenerated to remove the water and carbon dioxide absorbed in the transportation and filling process.The flange connection is easy to use and can bear large pressure. Flange connection is widely used in industrial pipeline. In the family, the pipe diameter is small, and it is low pressure, and the flange connection is invisible. If in a boiler room or production site, there are flange connected pipes and equipment everywhere.DEAR Cryogenic air separation unit.The circulating flow is a stream of backflow gas added in the cold section of the switched heat exchanger (or cold accumulator). Changing the circulating flow changes the proportional relationship between the positive and backflow gas flow in the cold section. With the increase of circulating air flow, the cooling capacity of the cold section increases relatively, which can cool the air to a lower temperature, so the air temperature at the cold end decreases and the temperature difference at the cold end decreases.
