1、 In converter steelmaking, the oxygen consumption per ton of steel is 48-58m3 / T, and the oxygen content is required to be greater than 99% of high purity oxygen; at the same time, the pressure is also required, and the working pressure is required to be greater than 1.3MPa.
2、 Blast furnace oxygen enriched blast: blast furnace oxygen enriched blast is to add industrial oxygen into blast furnace blast, so that the oxygen content in blast exceeds the atmospheric content. When the amount of coal injection per ton of iron reaches 200KG, the oxygen content of blast is required to be 25% ~ 29%. Increasing the oxygen content in blast furnace blast can increase the injection amount of pulverized coal and the output of pig iron. The oxygen content in blast can be increased by 1%, the output of pig iron can be increased by 3%, and the injection amount of coal per ton of iron can be increased by 13KG. At present, the oxygen content is generally 23% - 25%, and the highest is 27%. The blast volume of blast furnace is very large, and 12000m3 air is needed for each ton of iron. Although the oxygen enrichment degree is not high, the oxygen consumption is also quite large. The oxygen content per ton of iron needs to be increased by 1-16%. Although there is no special requirement for oxygen purity in ironmaking, if a separate oxygen generation system is specially configured for ironmaking, it can not mix with the oxygen for steelmaking, so it is still supplied by the high purity oxygen system. Oxygen is generally inhaled from the blower inlet, so there is no requirement for oxygen pressure.
3、 Smelting reduction ironmaking: oxygen is blown into the smelting gasifier to make coal burn and decompose. It is used to reduce iron ore with coal. The purity of oxygen is required to be more than 95%, and the oxygen consumption per ton of iron is 500-550m3 / T
