Piping in cold box

In order to reduce the cold loss caused by improper pipeline layout in the cold box, the following points should be paid attention to when piping in the cold box: 1. The pipelines should not touch each other, and the cold and hot pipes should not be too close to each other. 2. All kinds of liquid pipelines or cold pipes should be close to the internal cold container as far as possible, and the gas pipeline should be arranged outside the liquid pipeline. 3. There should be a certain distance between the gas pipeline and the wall of the cold insulation box. 4. Measures should be taken to prevent the increase of cooling loss due to the continuous gasification of liquid in the liquid discharge pipeline.
