Because there is no final stage cooler in some domestic air compressors, the exhaust temperature is generally above 100 degrees, and the high temperature can even reach 130 ~ 140 ℃. This part of high-temperature air flow in pipes in the workshop. 1. The workshop environment temperature rises, which is unfavorable to the operation of the machine, and there are potential safety hazards. 2. Increase the load of the conventional air cooling column and increase the energy consumption.

If this part of air heat is utilized, it will be a lot of wealth, which can not only benefit employees, but also save energy for unit. Some domestic oxygen stations have very practical examples, which are to use this part of the heat of the air to recover the heat by preheating the regeneration gas, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. After telephone consultation, the 1000Nm³/H air separation units of a domestic unit use part of the air heat energy to heat the regeneration gas. The air temperature is 150 ℃, and the regeneration gas can be heated to 95 ℃, achieving the purpose of energy saving. In Laiwu construction site project of DEAR, the air exhaust thermometer shows that it is constant above 120 ℃. If it can be used, it will save energy for long-term operation and save a lot of money. The key is to lower the ambient temperature of the workshop. According to the preliminary estimation, if the crude nitrogen can be heated to 65 ℃, 1039 ℃ electricity can be saved every day. As for the problem of resistance, the two large manual stop valves at the outlet of the air compressor have a resistance of about 13KPA, which is too large and has not been used since starting up. If the valve is not replaced by a heat exchanger, there is no problem at all.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
