1) A little bit more work pressure is needed. The pressure depends on whether to use the original dryer valve or switch to the large diameter valve when switching to the molecular sieve purifier; whether to use the original dryer pipeline or to thicken the pipeline. If the valve is larger and the pipe is thicker, the increase of working pressure is smaller. If the valves and pipes of the original dryer are used, the pressure of the upper column will increase by about 0.01 MPa, and the pressure of the lower column will increase accordingly. Otherwise, the regeneration temperature of Molecular Sieve Purifier will not meet the requirements within the predetermined time.
2) The regeneration temperature of molecular sieve purifier must be strictly controlled. The temperature of heated nitrogen from the heating furnace should not be too high or too low, usually controlled at 280-320 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the furnace is prone to failure; if the temperature is too low, the heating regeneration cycle will be extended. When the temperature rises to 110 ° C, the nitrogen is heated out of the purifier to stop heating. After the power supply of the electric furnace is cut off, the temperature of the heated nitrogen from the purifier may also rise to more than 130 ° C.
3) When the molecular sieve purifier is switched over, air should be filled from above. Although the molecular sieve is full at the initial loading, there will be a gap in the upper part after vibration. If air is filled from below during the switching process, the molecular sieve will jump up and down, causing friction and crushing.
4) The molecular sieve purifier should be switched slowly to avoid the fluctuation of working conditions of fractionator or the powder produced due to the influence of gas flow on molecular sieve. When there is an argon column, the molecular sieve purifier needs to be switched stably.
5) When shutting down for a long time, nitrogen should be filled to prevent moisture. During long-term shutdown, it is best to fill the purifier with dry nitrogen to maintain pressure. In order to prevent moist air from invading the molecular sieve, the ability of purifying air will be reduced when the molecular sieve is driven again.
