1.Adhere to the electrical professionals to work with certificates, non electrical professionals are not allowed to replace or repair any electrical components.

 

2.Establish the temporary electricity inspection system, inspect and irregularly inspect various lines and facilities on site according to the temporary power management regulations, and archive the inspection and spot check records.

 

3.The inspectors and operators must wear insulating rubber shoes and gloves according to the regulations; they must use special insulating tools for electricians.

 

4.The temporary distribution lines must be erected according to the specifications. The overhead lines must be insulated wires, plastic flexible wires, bundles of overhead laying and surface laying along the ground.

 

5.The erection and use of temporary electricity on the construction site must comply with the provisions of technical code for safety of temporary electricity on construction site (JGJ46-88).

 

6.Construction machinery, vehicles and personnel shall keep a safe distance from the line. When the specified minimum distance is not reached, reliable protective measures must be taken.

 

7.The distribution system must implement hierarchical distribution. The internal setting of all switch boxes in the site must comply with the relevant regulations. The electrical appliances in the box must be reliable and intact. The type selection and setting value of the switch box should comply with the relevant regulations. The switch appliance should be marked with the purpose. The electrical system in the switch box shall be of uniform style and configuration. The box shall be painted orange, and fence and protective shed shall be set according to the regulations. The connection between the flow box and the upper level switch box shall be external connection (all electric boxes must use the products approved by the designated manufacturer).

 

8.All distribution boxes on the construction site shall be marked with the name of the box, the title, number and purpose of each control line.

 

9.The cables and wires in the distribution lines, distribution boxes and switch boxes shall be well insulated to the ground, and there shall be no damage, hard injury, exposed elevator, wire extrusion, corrosion, leakage and other hidden dangers, so as to prevent sudden accidents.

 

10.The independent power distribution system must adopt the three-phase five wire zero connection protection system, and the non independent system can adopt the corresponding zero connection or grounding protection mode according to the actual situation on site. All kinds of metal base and electrical equipment must be grounded according to the regulations.

 

11.While adopting grounding and zero connection protection methods, two-level leakage protection devices must be set to implement hierarchical protection to form a complete protection system. The selection of leakage protection device shall meet the requirements.

 

12.In order to ensure the on-site lighting is not interrupted in case of fire and other emergencies, the power switch and lighting switch in the distribution box must be used separately.

 

13.The switch box shall be distributed by the distribution box. It should be noted that one switch can control more than two electrical equipment. Each equipment should have its own switch box. It is forbidden to control more than two electrical equipment (including sockets) with one switch to ensure safety.

 

14.There should be enough space and passageway for two people to work at the same time around the distribution box and switch box. It is not allowed to stack building materials and sundries beside the box.

 

15.All kinds of high and high facilities must be equipped with lightning protection devices according to the regulations.

 

16.The distance between the distribution box and the switch box shall not exceed 30 meters; the convergence of the switch box and the electrical equipment controlled by it shall not exceed 3 meters.

 

17.The use of electric tools shall comply with the relevant provisions of national standards. The power line, plug and socket of the tool shall be in good condition. The power line shall not be lengthened or replaced arbitrarily. The external insulation of the tool shall be intact. Special personnel shall be responsible for the maintenance and storage.

 

18.The construction site lighting generally adopts the 220V power supply lighting. During the structural construction, the pipe should be embedded in the roof construction. The temporary lighting and power supply should be wired through the pipe. The lamps must be installed according to the regulations, and the leakage protector should be installed on the side of the power supply.

 

19.The electric welding machine shall be equipped with a separate switch. The shell of electric welding machine should be protected by zero connection or grounding. All electric welding machines used in the construction site must be equipped with electric shock protector. The wiring shall be firmly crimped and installed with reliable protective cover. The welding wire should be double line in place, and metal pipe, metal scaffold, track and structural steel bar should not be used as loop ground wire. There is no damage to the welding wire and the insulation is good. The setting point of electric welding machine should be damp proof, rain proof and smashing proof.
