1.The reason analysis of pipeline vibration of piston compressor:

 

There are many reasons for pipeline vibration of piston compressor. According to many years of production practice and professional research, the main reason for the vibration of piston compressor is air flow pulsation. In addition, because the system composed of pipeline and internal gas has a certain natural frequency, if the excitation frequency of compressor is equal to or close to the natural frequency of the system, resonance will also occur, making the pipeline appear large amplitude.

 

2.Vibration reduction measures

 

1)A buffer tank can bearranged near the exhaust port of the compressor cylinder, which can effectively isolate the compressor cylinder from the pipeline and reduce the pulsating air flow through the buffer tank.

 

2)Adding a proper size orifice plate at the buffer inlet can reduce the pressure pulsation in the pipeline and enhance the buffer effect of the buffer.

 

3)Adding a resonator between the compressor cylinder and the buffer can essentially reduce the gaspulsation of the pipeline.
