Technical maintenance of power equipment includes:
(L) daily inspection and inspection tour by the operation personnel of the power station according to the specified time, route, project and requirements, make use of human senses or simple instruments and meters to test and inspect the equipment, observe, record the running condition of the equipment and the intact condition of the safety facilities, and timely find outAir separation equipmentDefects and hidden dangers, and take corresponding maintenance measures to ensure the normal operation of power equipment.
In daily spot inspection and round inspection, for the new equipment which has just been put into operation, and the equipment which has restored operation after major accidents occur, the equipment operating under severe weather conditions (such as strong wind, thunder, rain, hailstones, snow, frost, fog, etc.) is regarded as the key inspection content. As for the power equipment (such as the power distribution cabinet in the workshop, low-voltage distribution room, etc.) which is under the supervision and control of the personnel on duty, it should be inspected and inspected by professional maintenance personnel. Special inspection tour is needed for some power equipment. For example, the substation should conduct at least one inspection tour of closing lights at night every month, and check whether there is flashover or glow discharge in the running electric circuit and related devices.
(2) regular inspection on the basis of daily maintenance, according to the defects and seasonal requirements of power equipment, regularly check and clean the equipment, add or replace insulation oil and lubricating oil, repair or replace related components, etc. Through regular inspection, we can also confirm or revise the work items and workload that should be completed in the next overhaul.
(3) preventive test (inspection) the purpose of preventive test (inspection) is to check the operational reliability and safety of the power equipment and the power pipeline during the two adjacent planned repairs, and to find hidden dangers in time, prevent accidents. The interval and content of preventive test should be conducted according to the requirements of relevant regulations and instructions.
