Answer: (l) General requirements for reforming high-level oil tanks

L) YesAir separation equipmentThe key equipment in the system centrifugal air compressor lubrication system is reformed. After the transformation, the lubrication system can maintain the lubricating oil pressure for more than 5 minutes (the oil pressure reaches 0. 17MPa) and the amount of lubricating oil required by the equipment, which plays a role of safety protection for the main shaft bush and motor shaft bush of the air compressor.
2) the newly-added reconstruction project is to install a high-rise oil tank system with the height of 17 m (the ground of the air compressor room is the datum plane). The length of the pipeline required by the system and the installation position of the pipeline and valve are determined according to the site, the system must be complete and reasonable, easy to operate and safe, stable and reliable to adjust.
3) the inner wall of the newly added high oil tank must be clean, pressure-resistant and oil-resistant.
(2) main contents of transformation

(3) technical requirements
L) all the pipes in the system adopt stainless steel pipes (the material is ICrl8NigTi), the valves adopt stainless steel valves, and the welding of the pipes adopts hydrogen arc welding.
2) the pressure bearing of new lubrication system should not be lower than the highest working pressure of equipment 0. 4MPa, the volume of high oil tank is 0. 7 m,, working pressure is 0. 4MPa. High level oil tank should be installed in place reliably and stably.
3) purchased parts and materials for installation: The manufacturer has ISO 9000 certification, must have production license, good quality reputation, and all three certificates are available. After the bought-in parts arrive at the installation site, they must be cleaned and skimmed according to the relevant national standards and the manufacturer's drawings and instructions.
4) equipment installation requirements: before construction and installation, make detailed construction scheme and get the approval of the superior, and the technical standards should conform to the standards of relevant equipment manufacturers and industries.

The pipes and containers installed should have good grounding devices for static electricity discharge, which should meet the standard requirements. Lubricating pipes, valves, pipe fittings and so on should be free of cracks, scales and slag, and other sundries such as deburring, soldering, welding slag and sand sticking must be completely removed on the inner surface. Make sure the inner wall is smooth and clean. During and after the installation of pipes, valves and pipe fittings, effective measures should be taken to prevent them from being polluted,
Prevent combustibles, iron scraps, welding slag and other sundries from entering or remaining in the tube, and conduct strict inspection.
The pipeline of lubricating oil pipeline adopts ICrl8NigTi stainless steel tube, which should have material certificate and Product Certificate. Adopt hydrogen arc welding, mechanical method to open the groove, and check the welding quality, in addition to meet the appearance quality requirements, sampling ray detection should also be conducted according to the requirements of GB 50235-1997 code for construction and acceptance of industrial metal pipeline engineering and GB50236-1998 code for construction and acceptance of field equipment and industrial pipeline welding engineering.
Stainless steel pipes are not allowed to directly contact with carbon steel support, and stainless steel or non-chloride ion plastic and asbestos rubber gaskets can be padded between the support and the pipe.
Before stainless steel matching, use stainless steel brush and alcohol to clean 30mm places inside and outside the pipe hole.
Welders and testing personnel must have the operation qualification recognized by the state. The welder must obtain the welding certificate of the corresponding steel grade and welding position of the pressure vessel before welding.
5) pressure resistance test and air tightness test: leak detection and pressure test of the equipment should be carried out according to the instructions or technical requirements provided by the equipment manufacturer; pipeline should be in accordance with the relevant standards of the corresponding pressure pipeline for leakage detection and pressure test.
The inspection of strength and leakproofness test should meet the following requirements: when using nitrogen for strength test, the pressure should be gradually increased slowly. When the pressure rises to 50% of the test pressure, if there is no abnormal condition or leakage, continue to boost the pressure step by step according to 10% of the test pressure, and stabilize the pressure for 3 minutes per step until the test pressure. Stabilize the pressure for 10 minutes, and then reduce the pressure to the working pressure. The stop time depends on the need of leak detection work. Check whether there is deformation or no leakage with foaming agent is qualified. The leakproofness test should last for 24 hours after reaching the test pressure, and the average hourly leakage rate should not exceed 0.5% as qualified.
The pipes that pass the leakproofness test must be purged with oil-free nitrogen at the flow rate of no less than 20 m/s until the outlet is qualified without rust, welding slag and other sundries.
(4) implementation standards
Equipment manufacture and installation should comply with national standards, industry standards and requirements of equipment manufacturers.

(5) acceptance
L) pre-acceptance: After the completion of the whole system and the self-inspection qualified, organize relevant personnel to conduct pre-acceptance. Before the pre-acceptance, various self-inspection reports and data records must be provided, and the contents of the acceptance are complete.

2) final acceptance: After the pre-acceptance is qualified, the acceptance must be conducted according to the construction scheme and design drawings, technical verification sheet and construction and acceptance specifications of Construction and Installation Engineering issued by the state. After the completion of the project, organize users, design units, construction units and other relevant departments to check and accept.
(6) debug and run
Before adjusting the test run, check whether the flange of the pipeline system is tightly connected, whether the system pressure gauge and safety valve have been checked, and whether the pressure level meets the use requirements. Test run the new lubrication system according to the requirements of the test run plan.
(7) technical data collection, sorting and archiving
All software materials such as equipment drawings, certificates of qualification, completion drawings, installation records, quality certificates, etc., as well as three certificates and drawings of main spare parts, vulnerable parts and materials should be collected and organized into a book, and files should be established and properly preserved, important backup should be established.
