The purification treatment of compressed air is of vital importance, which should not be ignored! Because the quality of compressed air purification treatment is directly related to the service life of carbon molecules, thus directly related to the long-term effective use of nitrogen generator.
I. Starting steps of Nitrogen generator
1) turn on the power supply of the cold dryer and precool for five minutes.
2) open the air valve that enters the air dryer, and let the compressed air enter the air dryer to remove water, oil and dust.
3) open the air valve entering the nitrogen generation machine, and let the dry clean air enter the nitrogen generation machine.
4) turn on the power supply and emergency switch of the nitrogen generator, and start the unit to enter the working state.
5) wait for 15 minutes, and let the nitrogen generation machine have enough time to produce nitrogen.
II. Stop steps of Nitrogen generator
1) press the stop switch and power switch on the nitrogen generator.
2) turn off the power switch of the cold dryer.
3) close the air valve entering the nitrogen generator.
4) cut off the main power supply if it is not used for a long time.
III. Others
1) Please check whether the cold dryer works normally every day, and use the air gun to test whether the water and oil in the air exceed the standard.
2) Please keep the pressure of nitrogen gas cylinder, and do not drain.
3) Please keep the surrounding environment of Nitrogen generator body clean and tidy.
IV. Matters needing attention in the use of nitrogen generator
1. 220 V power supply is used in the whole nitrogen production system. Please pay attention to the safety of electricity usage. Non-professional personnel should not operate electric appliances or modify circuits without authorization.
2. Before opening the nitrogen generator, the inlet compressed air pressure must be ensured to be above 0.7Mpa, otherwise the efficiency of the nitrogen generator cannot be fully exerted.
3. Confirm that the compressed air processing equipment (freezing or adsorption dryer) must be in the working state and can handle most of the oil, water, dust and impurities in the compressed air.
4. The best choice of the rated exhaust pressure of the air compressor is 0.8-1.0Mpa (at least ≥ 0.75Mpa), and the oil content in the compressed air must be ≤10ppm w/w.
5. Turn on the power supply of the cold dryer before use, and let the cold dryer precool for about 5 minutes, then turn on the nitrogen generator.
6. Maintain and maintain according to the technical requirements of air compressor and cold dryer to ensure air quality. Air compressor and cold dryer must be repaired and maintained at least once a year.
7. Record the use date of each pre-screening program, and replace its filter element regularly.
8. It is better to use copper pipe or stainless steel pipe (followed by galvanized pipe) thread connection or welding for each pipeline outside the nitrogen generation machine.
9. Do not move the electrical devices in the electric control cabinet at will, and do not dismantle the pneumatic pipe valve at will. The adjusted valve of debugging personnel should not rotate at will in case of affecting the purity of nitrogen.
10. Equipped with full-time operation and maintenance management personnel and special training. Equipment appearance should be kept clean and clean, often scrub with wet cloth or neutral soap water.
