Recently, at DEAR Air Separation's Hebei Ausen Special Steel Project, an “Intelligent Drone Inspection System” has been set up on the 31,000 full-extraction air separation project. Mr. Li Guanxiong, Executive Vice President of DEAR Air Separation, and his technical team arrived at the project site to provide guidance to ensure accurate access to the drone inspection system.
As a part of the “Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System”, DEAR Air Division's drone inspection will be responsible for 1: equipment inspection, 2: equipment maintenance and 3: equipment maintenance.
It will be responsible for 1: equipment detection and fault warning, 2, high level operation instead of manual work, 3, data collection and analysis and optimization. It will work together with DEAR Air Separation's “Intelligent Inspection Robot” and “Blue Shore Operation and Maintenance System” to provide a full range of services for equipment and enterprises.
DEAR Air Separation is striving to create an unmanned era in the air separation industry for its customers! The whole set of “Blue Shore System” will greatly reduce the labor, O&M and energy costs of the plant and reduce expenses.
