On August 6th, Kaifeng Dear Air Separation Industry Co., Ltd. cooperated with Qinghai Asia Silicon Semiconductor Co., Ltd. for the third time and signed a purchase contract for a set of KDN-8000/50Y air separation nitrogen air compressor device. The device supports the Asia Silicon Industry 40000T /a electronic grade poly silicon Phase II project, which can provide low pressure nitrogen, medium pressure nitrogen, byproduct liquid nitrogen, instrument air, compressed air for a variety of products.
The nitrogen-making device adopts Dear Air Separation advanced process technology of full-low-pressure molecular sieve adsorption pre-purification, twin-tower double condensation, air-charged through-flat expansion mechanism cold, expanded air into and out of the tower, pressure nitrogen directly out of the tower, featured with high extraction rate and low comprehensive energy consumption.etc.
This air separation air compressor contract is the third set of cooperation between Dear Air Separation and the Asian Silicon Industry. The first cooperation began in December 2017 and has been running smoothly for more than three years. The second set of cooperation started in December 2020, kDN-10000/50 high-purity nitrogen air separation equipment, supporting Asia Silicon Industry 60000T/A electronic grade poly silicon Phase I project, is currently under installation. The three projects cooperation proved Dear's advanced technology, excellent product quality and excellent after-sales service. The signing of this contract has laid a good foundation for Dear Air Separation to develop a broader market in the field of new energy, especially poly silicon.
