On December 7, 2020, Kaifeng DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: DEAR air separation) and Shaangu Group once again jointly signed the contract of KDON (Ar) - 28000 / 28000 / 850 air separation unit matched with 2 million comprehensive steel plant for Panhua Group in Philippines, that becoming the largest air separation unit in the export project of DEAR air separation.
Panhua Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech private enterprise in Jiangsu Province. It has 21 subsidiaries. Its main products are annealed sheet, color coated sheet and galvanized sheet. It has became the largest sheet production base of private enterprise in China. There are two sheet production plants in Zhangjiagang and Chongqing. Panhua Group has been ranked among the top 500 private enterprises in China (No. 268), the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China (No. 156), the top 40 private enterprises in Jiangsu Province and the top 10 private enterprises in Suzhou for many years.
Panhua Group is implementing the directive spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's request for Chongqing to play a leading role in building the "One Belt One Road", and implementing the strategy of "going abroad". It will invest 3.5 billion US dollars to build the first 10 million ton comprehensive steel plant in the Philippines, forming a 100 billion level industrial park, which will become the dream factory of President Duterte of Philippines.
