On December 16, 2020, Kaifeng DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DEAR air separation) signed a set of KDN-10000/50Y air separation nitrogen unit with Asia Silicon (Qinghai) semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Asia Silicon). This set of unit is used in the 60000t / a electronic polysilicon phase I project of Asian Silicon.
Prior to this, DEAR air separation signed a set of KDN-3000/300Y nitrogen production unit contract with Asian Silicon in November 2018. All the technical indexes of the unit have reached or exceeded the design indexes, and the unit has been running reliably for two years, bringing great economic benefits to Asian Silicon. The KDN-10000/50Y air separation nitrogen unit signed this time adopts the advanced molecular sieve purification and adsorption, double columns, double condensation columns and other advanced process technologies of DEAR air separation, so that users can get the economic benefits brought by stability, energy-saving and advanced technology.
