The working temperature of centrifugal compressor bearing should generally be 45 ~ 50℃, the highest temperature should not exceed 65℃. Generally, 65 ℃ is the alarm temperature, and 75 ℃ is the chain shutdown temperature. The reasons of bearing temperature being too high include:
1) if the gap between the bearing bush and the axle neck is too small, it should be scraped and the gap should be adjusted;
2) the aperture of the throttle ring at the inlet of bearing lubricating oil is small and the oil intake is insufficient, so the aperture of the throttle ring should be appropriately enlarged;
3) the temperature of oil inlet is too high. The amount of cooling water of the oil cooler should be adjusted;
4) the oil is mixed with water, dirt and deterioration, which will affect the lubrication effect. Oil cooler should be checked to eliminate leakage failure or replace new oil;
5) dirt enters the bearing, and the bearing bush is worn out. The bearing and lubricating oil pipeline should be cleaned, and the shaft lining should be scraped;
6) If the bearing bush is damaged, the bearing Bush should be cast again.
