Overpressure on the tower is very dangerous. If it is not handled in time, it will cause explosion on the tower. The main reason for the sudden rise of the pressure on the upper tower of the full low-pressure oxygen generator is that the sewage and nitrogen switching valve can't be opened, and the gas emission of the upper tower decreases suddenly; or the failure of the automatic valve, and a large amount of positive flow air fleeing into the sewage and nitrogen channels. When the pressure on the upper tower surface exceeds 0.06MPa, and the safety valve of the upper tower does not move or it still cannot be eliminated after the safety valve jumps, the emergency vent valve of the upper tower should be opened quickly, and the large oxygen and nitrogen outlet valves should be opened.
If the above measures are taken to lower the tower pressure, brake the expansion machine urgently, cut off the air intake of the expansion machine, stop the operation of the expansion machine, and close the air inlet valve or manual forced Valve to cut off the air inlet into the tower. And contact the position of the air compressor in time, open the air release valve of the air compressor, reduce the pressure and prevent the air compressor from overpressure. Then find out the cause, eliminate the fault and start again.
