What are the requirements for the installation of instrument detection pipelines?

All instrument pipelines and pipe fittings used for oxygen passage should be strictly degreased with carbon tetrachate or alcohol before installation. For the inspection pipeline of lubricating oil system, attention should be paid to removing the internal rust skin and impurities to keep the lubricating oil clean. After the installation, the lubricating oil should be repeatedly circulated in the pipeline with oil pump for further cleaning. Only when the equipment and process pipelines are installed, can the inspection pipelines have the installation conditions. Its installation quality will affect the accuracy of instrument measurement, and attention should be paid when installing:
1) All detection pipelines (except in the Tower) should be equipped with a live joint head or a stop valve at one end of the measuring point for blowing and overhaul;
2) As for the detection pipeline where the tested medium is humid gas, condensation exclusion device should be set at the lowest point of the pipeline to prevent liquid from accumulating in the pipeline; as for the detection pipeline where the tested medium is liquid, when the pipeline and instrument are in the position above the measuring point, it should be considered to install the air release valve at the highest point of the pipeline to prevent the gas from accumulating in the pipeline;
3) as for some outdoor detection pipelines where the tested medium is liquid, thermal insulation measures must be taken to prevent freezing blocking and freezing cracking pipelines in winter. In places with low ambient temperature, steam or electric heating can be used for heat preservation. In general, it is enough to wrap the pipe with asbestos rope and other insulation materials to keep warm;
4) when measuring the pressure of piston compressor and similar equipment, damper must be added in the pipeline to prevent the damage of pressure gauge components. The damper usually uses buffer containers with throttling holes, or directly uses a needle valve to replace the stop valve;
5) ring or U-shaped condensing isolation pipe must be added on the pipeline used for the detection of close-mounted instrument of steam or other condensing gas to prevent the measuring element from overheating;
6) As for the positive and negative pressure detection pipelines of flow and liquid level, the length and the number of elbows should be ensured to be consistent as much as possible, so as to make the resistance of the positive and negative pressure pipelines be the same, eliminate the instrument error caused by the partial resistance of the pipeline;
7) all the instrument inspection tubes in the tower should be clamped by rubber board, and then fixed on the angle iron frame and channel steel. It is strictly prohibited that aluminum tubes directly contact with angle iron and channel steel to prevent corrosion of aluminum tubes caused by potential difference.
