The following matters should be paid attention to during installation:
1) the velocity of oxygen in the oxygen pipeline according to the GB50030-91 "code for design of oxygen Station": when the pressure is greater than 10MPa, the velocity of oxygen should be less than 6 m/s; when the pressure is between 3MPa and 10MPa, the velocity should not be more than 10 m/s; when the pressure is 0.1MPa to 3MPa or below, it should not be more than 15 m/s;
2) copper pipe or stainless steel pipe should be used in the front and back of the valve, the Bender, the three-way of the variable pipe and so on;
3) the pipe diameter of the elbow should be more than 5 times, and the straight pipe section should be more than 3 times the diameter before and after the elbow;
4) the stuffing and flange sealers should adopt materials which are not easy to burn, such as cotton-free asbestos, polytetrafluoroethylene, annealing copper sheet, annealing aluminum sheet and so on;
5) oxygen pipeline must be cleaned and degreased before installation;
6) the oxygen pipeline in the plant should be laid along the wall or pillar. The connection points of all pipelines and their ancillary equipments should be placed in eye-catching and convenient places for inspection;
7) in the case of open laying, the oxygen pipeline and other pipelines are allowed to be laid at the same time, but the oxygen pipeline should be laid on a separate bracket or hanger, and should be laid on other pipelines. The distance between the oxygen pipe and other pipelines is more than 250mm;
8) in open laying, the distance between oxygen pipeline and insulated cable is more than 500mm, and the distance between oxygen pipeline and bare wire is more than 1000mm. It is forbidden to lay in the same channel with power line, lighting line and telephone line;
9) when the oxygen pipe passes through the ceiling, interwall and other building structures, the oxygen pipe should be placed in the big casing. The diameter of casing should be greater than the diameter of oxygen tube by 10 ~ 20mm. The oxygen pipe section in the casing should have no welding joint. At the two endpoints of the casing, the gap between the oxygen pipeline and the casing should be filled with asbestos or other non-burning fibrous materials;
10) underground oxygen pipe should be installed in casing when it needs to pass through dirt road, highway and railway. The joints of the oxygen pipes in the casing should be reduced as much as possible;
11) the underground pipeline for delivering moist oxygen should be laid below the freezing line. The underground pipeline of dry oxygen can be laid above the freezing line, but the depth is not less than 0.8 m, in order to avoid the fracture of the pipeline caused by the ground transport load. Other provisions can be implemented according to relevant provisions;
12) the oxygen pipeline should have the grounding device for conducting static electricity;
13) before installing the oxygen pipeline, you should seriously study, understand and GB50030-91 the relevant provisions of "design code of oxygen station.
