Methods and steps for enterprises to achieve the certification of standardization of safe production

According to: the State Council's "Notice on Further Strengthening the Work of enterprise safety production", the State Council's safety committee's "guidance on further carrying out the standardization construction of enterprise safety production", the office of the security committee of the State Council "The Implementation Opinions on Deepening the construction of safety production standardization of industry and trade enterprises such as metallurgy in China". The spirit of the documents such as "The implementation plan of carrying out the safety production standardization construction of industry and trade enterprises such as metallurgy" issued by the safety supervision bureau of Henan province. In order to fully achieve the standard of safety production, the safety situation has been significantly improved and all kinds of accidents have been significantly reduced. The provincial bureau specially formulates "basic standard of enterprise safety production standardization" AQ/T9006-2010, which evaluates the enterprise according to this standard.

Working methods and steps: on the basis of all kinds of enterprises comprehensively carrying out standardization creation in January to December 2012, steadily expand the achievements created by standardization enterprises. By the end of 2012, 50% of the central enterprises in Henan and provincial enterprises will reach the standard. Among the enterprises above other industrial scales, 40% of them reach the standard, among which: strive to reach the level of level 1 standardization for 5%, level 2 standardization for 10% and Level 3 standardization for 25%.
III. Work objectives:
At the end of 2011, 20% metallurgy. Enterprises above designated size such as machinery and tobacco have reached the standards above three levels; by the end of 2012, 40% of enterprises above designated size have reached the standards above three levels; by the end of 2013, strive for the safety production standardization of industrial and trade enterprises above 100% scale to reach the level 3 or above; strive for all industrial and trade enterprises to achieve the standardization of safety production by the end of 2015.
Note: enterprises above designated size refer to enterprises with annual sales revenue of over 20 million yuan.
