Through the joint efforts of all the staff of the company, the KDON-12000/15000 air separation plant designed, manufactured and installed by our company for Lingang Group was successfully installed on June 24, 2012. The installation team strictly controls the quality of each link layer by layer, making the air separation plant enter the commissioning stage.
Before the equipment is formally put into production, conduct comprehensive pressure test, leak detection, adjustment, blowing brush and low temperature naked cooling inspection and other links for each single machine, equipment and complete set of air separation plant, etc, its purpose is to inspect the quality of the installation or overhaul of the air separation plant, as well as the sealing performance and compensation performance of the air separation plant after cold deformation under low temperature, check the possible maladies and installation defects of the equipment and the pipeline, so as to timely overhaul.
Pressure Test stage: use the air pressure test, the medium is dry and oil-free air, and must be responsible for packing by special personnel, strictly and carefully check the leakage of each part, no leakage is allowed. The test pressure, stop pressure time and residual rate of each system are stipulated in the table below.
Leak Detection: We check the leakage strictly according to the pipeline division. Leak detection can use grease-free soap water as foaming agent. The weld leakage should be repaired correctly. It is never allowed to use knocking or leakage-proof agent (low temperature glue) to repair. The pressure test of the external pipe of the cold box: except that the pressure test of waterway system can be conducted with water, other systems should be conducted according to the above requirements.
Blowing brush: blowing brush strictly according to the principle of blowing brush one by one outside the tower and inside the tower.
Low temperature bare cooling: bare cooling successively cools the main equipment of the distillation column and the condensing evaporator to the lowest possible temperature, making all the containers and the outer surface of the pipes in the cooling box become white Frost, and it should be kept for at least 2 hours. In the cold test process, organize personnel to enter the cold box to check the leakage parts strictly and mark them. Tighten the nut of cold valve and low temperature thin film regulating valve, and check whether the valve gets stuck. After the cold test, the air tightness test should be conducted.
