The KDON (Ar)-15000/30000/520 air separation equipment, designed, manufactured, installed and debugged by Kaifeng DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd., was delivered to Shandong Chuanyang group and passed the factory acceptance on November 2, 2011.
The supply contract of this equipment was signed on August 23, 2010. After 10 months of design, manufacture, installation and debugging, the products of oxygen, nitrogen and argon all reached or exceeded the contract index on June 22, 2011, among which
Liquid Argon output: 560Nm3/H (design index 520 Nm3/h)
Liquid Argon purity: containing O2<1PPm (design indicator 2PPm)
Including N2<2PPm (design indicator 3PPm)
After 72 hours' full load assessment, it has been tested for more than 4 months, after that, the manufacturer organized experts in technology, equipment, machine, civil engineering, electrical engineering, instrument and so on to check and check carefully, and all passed the acceptance once.
This set of equipment is the second large and medium-sized air separation equipment provided by Kaifeng DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd. to Shandong Chuanyang group. The KDON (Ar)-6500/13000/180 air separation plant provided in 2007 has been running smoothly for nearly four years. The successful acceptance of this set of equipment once again deepened the deep friendship between the two families!
