Common faults and treatment of Nitrogen generator

One: failure phenomenon: one of the towers has incomplete exhaust
Reasons: 1. Air leakage of the one-way valve; 2. Too large opening of the back blowing valve
Treatment: 1. Replace the one-way valve or inner sealing ring; 2. Adjust the opening amount of the back blowing valve

II: failure phenomenon: purity decrease
Reason: 1. high adsorption pressure (> 0.8Mpa); 2. the adsorption pressure is too low (<0.6Mpa); 3. unstable adsorption pressure; 4. the gas source contains too much water and oil; 5. the air intake is too high, and the pressure rises too fast; 6. air leakage of outlet part interface; 7. molecular sieve poisoning
Processing: 1. reduce air inlet pressure; 2. increase air intake pressure; 3. add a storage tank to the air inlet; 4. install oil-water separator before entrance; 5. adjust the inlet regulating valve to reduce the air intake; 6. remove and re-insert; 7. replace molecular sieve

III: failure phenomenon: nitrogen machine does not work
Reasons: 1. The power indicator light is not on; 2. The power plug or socket has no power.
Treatment: 1. Check whether the fuse is normal (the safety position is at the bottom of the power line and nitrogen machine socket ). Use a screwdriver to gently pick outward to take out the insurance. There are two insurances, one is in use and the other is in standby, which should be replaced if necessary; 2. Check whether the plug or socket has electricity.
 
Fourth: failure phenomenon: the pressure rises slowly.
Reasons: 1. Insufficient air intake. 2. Serious air leakage of the interface. 3. The one-way valve leaks or is blocked.
Processing: 1. Increase the air intake flow. 2. Remove and re-insert. 3. Check and clean the one-way valve.

V: failure phenomenon: the pressure of one tower is always zero.
Reason: 1. The computer controller does not work. 2. If the valve doesn't work, the electromagnetic coil may burn out or the valve core may get stuck. 3. It may be that the pressure gauge is broken.
Processing: 1. Check and debug. 2. Gently touch with iron, and check whether the fastening screw at one end of the solenoid valve has magnetic suction force. If it is proved that the coil is broken, the valve core may be necrotic. Turn off the power supply, turn on the valve group, take out the valve group, wipe the dust of the valve core and the center with a clean soft cloth, and then reinstall it. If the coil burns out, replace the coil. 3. Check and replace the pressure gauge.
