In terms of gas circuit (or liquid circuit), the two-way three-way solenoid valve has one air inlet (connecting air inlet source) and one air outlet (providing air source to target equipment), 1 vent hole (generally install a muffler, if you are not afraid of noise, you can also not install it. Two five-way solenoid valves have one air inlet (connected with air inlet), one positive action air outlet and one reactionary air outlet (one positive and one reactionary air source provided to the target equipment respectively). 1 positive action vent hole and 1 reactionary action vent hole (install silencer ). For small automatic control equipment, the air pipe is generally 8 ~ 12mm industrial glue pipe. The solenoid valve generally chooses Japanese SMC (a little high-end, but a little Japanese product), Taiwan Adke (affordable, good quality) or other domestic brands and so on. Electrically speaking, two-way three-way solenoid valve is generally single-Electronic Control (namely single coil), and two-way five-way solenoid valve is generally double-Electronic Control (namely double coil ). The Coil voltage grade generally adopts DC24V, AC220V, etc. Two three-way solenoid valves are divided into two types: Normally closed type and normally open type. Normally closed type means that the gas circuit is broken when the coil is not powered, and normally open type means that the gas circuit is open when the coil is not powered. Action principle of normally closed two-point three-way solenoid valve: electrify the coil, connect the gas circuit, once the coil is cut off, the gas circuit will be cut off, which is equivalent to "inching ". The operating principle of normally open two-position three-way single electric control solenoid valve: electrify the coil, and the gas circuit will be disconnected. Once the coil is powered off, the gas circuit will be connected, which is also "inching ". The action principle of two-way five-way double electric control solenoid valve: if the positive action coil is powered on, then the positive action air circuit is connected (the air outlet of the positive action air outlet is filled with air), even if the positive action coil is powered off, the positive action air circuit is still connected, it will be maintained until the coil of the reactionary is electrified. If the reactionary coil is powered on, then the reactionary gas circuit is connected (the reactionary air circuit has air), even if the reactionary coil is powered off, the reactionary gas circuit is still connected, it will be maintained until the positive action coil is electrified. This is equivalent to "self-locking ". Based on the characteristics of two-bit five-way double-controlled solenoid valve, when designing the electromechanical control circuit or compiling the PLC program, the solenoid valve coil can move 1 ~ 2 seconds is enough, which can protect the coil of solenoid valve from being damaged easily.

B. Dual electronic control principle
