Whether the price is rising or falling, we can predict in advance that we can plan countermeasures for the future supply trend of materials, and always consider how to reduce the procurement cost and judge whether the procurement price of materials is reasonable. Grasp sufficient supplier information, strive for multi-channel procurement, and avoid causing procurement bottlenecks. Communicate with production and warehouse in time to ensure effective and timely supply of materials and avoid waste.
In addition, relying on the scientific and technological progress, improving the production process, improving the existing equipment configuration and operation mode which does not meet the market demand, or adding new equipment to make the equipment operation reach the best configuration state, efforts are made to reduce all kinds of energy consumption in production, and recycling, renovation and reuse of used materials are adopted in material management. These are all ways to reduce costs, which can save funds and reduce costs.
