To judge whether the pressure at the booster end of the expander of the air separation equipment is normal, it is necessary to focus on the three core points of parameter comparison, trend observation and multi-dimensional comparison, combined with the comprehensive study and judgment of the equipment operating conditions to ensure accurate judgment and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
Firstly, check the inlet and outlet pressure at the boosting end based on the design value and operating procedures of the equipment. If the pressure exceeds the standard range or is obviously lower, it belongs to abnormal conditions, and the causes shall be timely investigated. Second, observe the pressure operation curve. Under normal working conditions, the pressure shall be kept stable without sharp fluctuation. If the pressure continues to rise, drop or shake frequently, it indicates that the equipment operates under abnormal conditions, requiring special attention.
At the same time, it is necessary to compare the pressure at the booster end with the expander end and the overall load of the unit. Under normal circumstances, the pressure should change synchronously with the load. If the load remains stable and the pressure is abnormal, it is mostly caused by valve jamming, pipeline blockage or impeller wear. In addition, comprehensive judgment shall be made based on flow, temperature, vibration and other parameters. In case of abnormal pressure accompanied by abnormal sound of equipment and increase of vibration value, the equipment shall be stopped immediately for troubleshooting to avoid fault expansion.
During daily operation, multi-parameter comparison can be carried out according to historical operation data. Through comprehensive analysis, it can quickly and accurately judge whether the pressure at the boosting end is normal, find out hidden dangers in time and properly handle them, so as to provide guarantee for long-term safe operation of air separation equipment.
