Hai Xia, Chairperson of DEAR Air Separation, together with the company's core management team, accompanied and received the guests throughout the whole process. The two sides reached full cooperation on the "one-stop intelligent integrated gas supply energy island project" and signed a long-term gas supply cooperation agreement, marking that DEAR Air Separation has further expanded its overseas BOO gas operation territory, and the intelligent integrated gas supply service in the Middle East region has ushered in a brand-new demonstration project.
Qiudanwei Steel is a core manufacturing enterprise in the Middle East that focuses on metallurgical smelting and deep steel processing. It has a complete industrial chain and stable regional market share. The whole production process has a large demand for industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen and argon, with strict requirements for gas supply stability, low carbon and energy conservation. After this intelligent integrated gas supply energy island project is completed, DEAR Air Separation will fully invest in, construct and operate the entire set of intelligent integrated gas supply system, and provide continuous, low-cost and low-carbon gas sources for all smelting processes of the steel plant for a long time, so as to comprehensively consolidate the enterprise's production support capability and strengthen its core competitive advantage in the Middle East steel industry.
During the negotiation, the team of Qiudanwei Steel successively visited DEAR Air Separation's intelligent production and manufacturing workshop and Lan'an Intelligent Digital Control Center, observed the whole manufacturing process of large-scale complete gas supply equipment on site, and conducted in-depth research on DEAR's self-developed core cryogenic Air Separation equipment and digital intelligent operation and maintenance system. The two sides fully exchanged views on core topics such as project investment and construction cycle, gas supply guarantee standards, remote intelligent operation and maintenance, full-life-cycle operation and maintenance services, and long-term coordinated development mechanisms. Based on the high mutual trust established through multiple rounds of technical docking in the early stage, a complete consensus has been reached on all cooperation terms.
