To ensure the normal operation of the cooling system (water pump, radiator, coolant) of the air separation equipment compressor, targeted measures need to be taken from five core links: coolant management, radiator maintenance, water pump inspection, thermostat calibration, and fan and air duct optimization,
、 Coolant management, ensuring that the liquid level and quality meet the standards, and monitoring the liquid level; Check frequency, at least once a month, after the equipment has cooled down, check the coolant storage tank level to ensure it is between the "MIN" and "max" marks. Quality maintenance, deterioration judgment. If the coolant appears cloudy, discolored, or has an odor, it needs to be replaced in advance to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance.
、 Maintenance of radiator, ensuring heat dissipation efficiency, cleaning frequency: once every quarter, use compressed air or water gun (adjusted to low pressure) to clean the back of the radiator, remove dust and debris, and avoid blockage of the radiator fins. Structural inspection, leakage detection, using air pressure method to check whether the radiator pipes and welding parts are loose, whether the upper and lower water chambers are corroded, and promptly repair any problems found.
、 Check the water pump to ensure normal circulation power, monitor the operating status, conduct noise inspection, and troubleshoot water leakage. Belt maintenance and tightness adjustment.
、 Calibrate the thermostat and adjust the coolant circulation path.
、 Optimization of fans and air ducts to enhance heat dissipation efficiency.
