1, gas welding of purple copper plate: welding purple copper plate is most commonly used for butt joints, lap joints and ding joints are used as little as possible. Gas welding can be used in two kinds of welding wire, one containing deoxidizing elements, such as wire 201, 202; the other is the general purple copper wire and the cutting strip of the parent material, using gas 301 as flux. Gas welding purple copper should be used when the neutral flame.

2, manual arc welding of purple copper: in manual arc welding using purple copper electrode copper 107, the core is purple copper (T2, T3). Before welding should clean up the edges of the weld. Weld thickness greater than 4 mm, must be preheated before welding, preheating temperature is generally around 400 ~ 500 ℃. Welding with copper 107 welding rod, the power supply should be used DC reverse connection.

3, copper plate manual argon arc welding: in the purple copper plate manual argon arc welding, the use of welding wire are: wire 201 (special purple copper welding wire) and wire 202, also using purple copper wire, such as T2. Before welding should be welded edge of the workpiece and wire surface oxidation film, oil and other dirt must be cleaned up to avoid the production of porosity, slag and other defects. The methods of cleaning in small air separation unit are mechanical cleaning method and chemical cleaning method.
