When the molecular sieve start-up process to send gas slowly, the venting valve should be closed cautiously to prevent damage to the molecular sieve in the bed due to pressure fluctuations; need to start the two expanders should be fully open booster reflux valve, the pressure of the first operating expander down, and then the two expander at the same time to load, to prevent the start of the booster after the occurrence of wheezing; pay attention to the control of the middle temperature of the heat exchanger; pay attention to the air-cooled tower to ensure that the work of the pre-cooled air to meet the design requirements.
