The reasons why the rated power and pressure of the low-temperature liquid pump cannot be reached are as follows:

1. Cavitation or binding of the pump;

2. Impeller or volute blockage;

3. The heating before starting the pump is not qualified, and there is moisture inside the pump;

4. Damaged sealing ring and impeller;

5. The pressure after discharging the system is higher than the rated value.

Solution:

1. Improve inlet conditions, clean inlet filters, and ensure complete exhaust;

2. Clean up the blocked parts;

3. Remove moisture from dry and heated gas;

4. Replace the damaged parts;

5. Check the characteristic curves of the pump and discharge system, and improve the system pipelines.
