For the technical characteristics of non-standard large air separation units, combined with the actual use of the following aspects of the innovative use of new technologies and methods, design innovation to achieve the purpose of development.
The shape design of the gas inlet and outlet pipelines of the adsorption tower focuses mainly on the design of a reasonable local proportion of the pipelines, under the premise of realising the process function. This improved design must combine engineering, aesthetics and other aspects of knowledge to improve the current visual status of the overall simple and thin shape of the pipeline on the large air separation unit. According to the characteristics of the workflow of large air separation units, the valve piping of the core work is designed in a uniform manner and the design ratio of the whole set of piping is optimised.

The shape of the base design
The design is reinforced with I-beam, channel steel or channel steel, focusing mainly on neat and strong shape, including local reinforcement design, etc. The design improves the way of fixing the foot of the adsorption tower and provides an innovative design for the foot of the base.

DEAR Design and Research Institute has five technical leaders with senior titles and doctoral degrees or above, and more than 80 scientific and technical personnel, implementing a system of responsibility for the centre's director under the leadership of the management committee.

What are the key points to ensure stable operation of air separation equipment?

Generally, the actual cooling capacity of expander is always less than the theoretical cooling capacity. Under the same inlet and outlet pressure and inlet gas temperature, the lower the efficiency of expander, the smaller the unit refrigerant cooling capacity and the smaller the temperature drop efficiency of expander. The efficiency of expander depends on the size of various losses inside the expander. Due to the existence of various losses, the ability of gas to do external work is reduced in varying degrees. To sum up, the losses mainly include the following aspects: 1. When the air flow passes through the work wheel and the deflector, the loss caused by friction and air flow impact on the runner surface is called flow loss. 2. When the impeller is rotating, the friction heat generated by the gas around the wheel disc will increase the temperature of the gas, which is called friction blast loss. 3. When the gas passes through the deflector, the leakage from the gap bet
