1、Dosing principles

(1) must be accurate, on time, according to the amount of circulating water system in the air separation equipment for dosing

(3) Each time before dosing, the dosing bucket should be rinsed clean before pouring the chemical into the dosing bucket, and the dosing bucket should be rinsed 2~3 times after the chemical is added

(4) If two kinds of algaecides are used, they should be poured alternately, and the time interval between the drugs put into the circulating water system of the air separation equipment should be even

(5) Do not add algaecide and scale and corrosion inhibitor on the same day

(6) Detailed records of daily dosing and discharge replacement

2、Adding chemicals

According to the status quo of circulating water system of small air separation unit and the characteristics of pharmaceuticals, algaecide can be dumped directly into the collecting pool. Scale and corrosion inhibitor dosing formula: in the circulating cooling water collection pool next to the configuration of the dosing tank, the upper part of the dosing tank has a fill pipe, the lower part has a drainage port. Pour the medicine into the dispensing tank, dilute it with supplementary water, and gradually pour it into the collecting pool continuously and evenly with a metering pump.

3、Dosing position

Do not pour the agent into the catch basin near the drainage outlet to avoid the agent being directly discharged before entering the circulating water system. It takes time for the agent to mix well in the pool. Do not dump the agent close to the inlet of one of the pumps as this will result in an uneven distribution of the agent concentration.
