The nitrogen from the top of the upper tower is piped through the nitrogen gas pipeline, reheated through the main heat exchanger of the colder tower, and a portion of the nitrogen is pumped out, then combined with the first pipeline and a portion of the nitrogen vaporised in the liquefier in the third pipeline before going to the main vessel. The first raw material air pipeline is heated up and out of the cold box in liquid air separation plant, then goes to the high pressure heat exchanger of the cold box, the pipeline containing LNG is cooled to about 123°C and pumped out and sent to the low pressure nitrogen press, another part of the nitrogen vaporised in the liquefier is heated up to about 123°C through the fourth pipeline by the high pressure heat exchanger and pumped out and sent to the low pressure nitrogen press, the gas separated by the first gas-liquid separation is also heated up to about 103°C through the seventh pipeline by the high pressure heat exchanger and sent to the low pressure nitrogen press. 03 ℃, pumped out, sent to the low-pressure nitrogen press, after the low-pressure cycle nitrogen pressure booster returned to the high-pressure heat exchanger cooling, again cold that is to a 123 ℃ or so out of the medium-pressure cycle nitrogen press.
Dear Air manufactures and produces circulating nitrogen compressors of liquid air separation plant.
