There is an open heat pump argon extraction process.
The new single column process can only use the open heat pump argon extraction process. Taking 10000cm³ air separation as an example, the main parameters are described as follows.
1、 The quantity of argon fraction is 4200-4300cm3 / h, the content of argon is 10%, the content of nitrogen is 1%, and the rest is oxygen.
2、 The theoretical plate number of the whole column is about 100.
3、 Two heat pump distillation processes are adopted, one is the heat pump with crude argon as the circulating working fluid, the other is the heat pump with argon fraction containing 25% (which can be selected in a certain range) of argon as the circulating working fluid. The compression capacity of crude argon is 7500cm3 / h, the compression ratio is 2, and the compression power consumption is 65kW. The compression capacity of 25% argon fraction is 5000cm3 / h, the compression ratio is 1:4, and the compression power consumption is 25kW.
4、 The condensers of crude argon and 25% argon fraction are set at the bottom of the distillation column. The condensate of crude argon enters from the top of the distillation column, and the condensate of 25% argon fraction enters from the middle of the distillation column.
5、 The bottom of the distillation column produces 4000 cm3 / h oxygen with 99.5% purity and 0.5% argon. The crude argon produced at the top of the column is 440cm3 / h, containing 10% nitrogen and 1ppm oxygen.
