Small air separation unit for turbine high-pressure steam piping materials are selected according to the pipeline level, design temperature, design pressure and special requirements of the medium and other design conditions, as well as the corrosion resistance of the material, processing performance, welding performance and economic rationality.

High-pressure steam main usually laid out on the corridor of small air separation unit, in order to facilitate the pipeline blowing and warming as well as the smooth discharge of condensate in the process of device parking, and to avoid water strikes, which affects the life of the pipeline and device safety. Steam pipeline laying should be set up not less than 0.002 slope, the direction should be consistent with the direction of steam flow, the low point set to drain the liquid. The design pressure and design temperature of the pipeline is high, high-pressure steam pipeline can be changed by the pipeline itself to meet the requirements of natural compensation, commonly used methods are set up "π" type or "L" type compensator, in general, high-pressure steam pipeline should be every 50m Set up a "π" type compensator. If the installation space is limited, you can also use cold tight or a combination of the two to meet the requirements of pipeline flexibility. For small air separation unit, steam piping should be arranged with low-temperature piping (liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen) and flammable, explosive (oxygen) piping, electrical and instrumentation bridges staggered layout.
