When using air compressors as pipe supports, we should pay attention to the location of the fixed pipe frame. Air compressors are equipped with air venting silencers, silencers should be located as close as possible to the compressor, the purpose of doing so is to be able to quickly empty the compressor when it is close to the critical curve of wheezing, a good protection of the compressor. At the outlet of the compressor, Air separation plant generally comes with an expansion joint, but it is subject to a very strict stress limit and needs attention when piping. The piping of oxygen compressor is mainly oil and oxygen piping. The outlet pressure of the oxygen press is generally 3.0MPa, and the material of the outlet piping is carbon steel (piping within the scope of liquid air separation plant supply), which is generally changed to stainless steel when designing, and the flow rate is controlled within the range of 15~25m, and the rest of the piping can be piped according to the requirements of the oxygen station design specification. The oil pipeline piping should pay attention to the location of the high oil tank and the height of the sight glass. The circulating water pipeline in the compressor plant is generally arranged in the pipe trench, which can save the space above the ground, and does not affect the compressor cooler core extraction. However, attention should be paid to the circulating water out of the ground when connected to the cooler to increase the flange at the root for future heat exchanger core extraction and maintenance.
