Before using the molecular sieve purifier, in order to reduce the temperature of the process air, the air must first enter the air-cooling tower for cooling. In the air cooling tower, the air enters from the bottom and is led from the top of the tower into the molecular sieve purifier, water is sprayed from the top of the tower to contact and mix with the air to cool the air, the air cooling tower is equipped with a number of through-flow tower plate or packing to increase the contact area. In the tower with a water trap in order to make water separation, when the air in the air cooling tower flow too fast, holding too much water or spraying too much water, will lead to automatic water level adjustment failure, will cause molecular sieve purifier into the water accident.
