Biogas is a colorless, odorous, toxic gas, its main components are CH4 and CO2, in addition to CO, H2S, NH3, O2 and so on. The volume fraction of CH4 is usually 50% - 75%, the volume fraction of CO2 is 30% - 40%, and the sum of other gases is generally less than 2%.

The purified biogas enters the biogas compressor first, and the biogas pressure rises to 0.6MPa. After passing through the buffer tank, it enters the decarbonization unit and dehydration unit in sequence. The composition of biogas after decarbonization and dehydration is no longer different from that of conventional natural gas. Then the biogas enters the natural gas compressor, and the pressure is increased to 25.0mpa to become compressed natural gas. Then, the cylinder truck is filled with gas through the filling column. Compressed natural gas can be temporarily stored in the high-pressure gas cylinder group when the gas cylinder truck carries out the transportation task and there is no filling object in the filling column. When the gas cylinder truck returns to the factory, the gas cylinder truck shall be filled with the storage gas cylinder through the filling column. When the natural gas pressure in the gas cylinder group is reduced to 10-12mpa, the gas cylinder truck shall be filled with the compressor.

Decarbonization in process system refers to the removal of CO2 from biogas to improve the volume fraction of methane and the calorific value of biogas. After decarbonization, the volume fraction of methane in biogas can reach about 96%, and the low calorific value can reach 34.4mj/m3.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
