1.When the potential of upper column distillation is allowed, all the expanded air is sent to the upper column as far as possible;
2.When the oxygen purity reaches the standard or meets the needs of users, increase the amount of oxygen taken out;
3.Try to improve the average nitrogen purity or reduce the oxygen content of sewage nitrogen;
4.As far as possible to reduce the pressure of the upper column, the pressure of the lower column will also decrease, the discharge pressure of the air compressor will decrease, the air volume will increase, and the oxygen output will increase.
