DEAR Air separation equipment.Due to the hard work of valve opening and closing, the valve stem is often twisted and the hand wheel is broken. Therefore, after the maintenance of the valve, the packing should be installed evenly and tightly, and the compression nut should be tightened. During the overall leakage test of air separation unit, the leakage at the valve rod packing should also be checked, and this problem should be solved before cold start-up.DEAR Air separation equipment.The temperature difference between nitrogen and air is increased from 4 ℃ to 6.5 ℃ and the temperature difference between oxygen and air is increased from 5 ℃ to 18.5 ℃ because the temperature of air entering the device is increased from 30U to 51.5 ℃. When adjusting, it is necessary to keep the temperature difference between the cold end and the hot end within the maximum allowable temperature difference range of self-cleaning, and not only reduce the temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end.
The newly installed fractionator must be thoroughly heated and purged before start-up and long-term shutdown. After putting into operation, when the suspension fault of the fractionator cannot be eliminated, or the pressure difference before and after the heat exchanger pressure is greater than 0.5MPa at the end of the operation cycle, or the purity and yield of oxygen and nitrogen are decreased, heating and blowing should be carried out.When the forced valve is not tight, the upper tower pressure is usually reduced. When the automatic valve is not tight, the temperature of the positive flow air channel (or the cold accumulator) increases with the increase of air volume, and the temperature of the middle part of the polluted nitrogen channel (or the cold accumulator with nitrogen and oxygen) decreases with the increase of return flow.DEAR Air separation equipment.When water enters the cold accumulator (or switching heat exchanger) to freeze and block the channel, the resistance will be greatly increased, the upper tower pressure and the exhaust pressure of the air compressor will be increased, the switching sound will become dull and elongated, and a large amount of water gas can be seen in the waste nitrogen discharge pipe. These phenomena can be used to judge the water inflow accident of the cold accumulator (or switching heat exchanger).
The cooling water is preferably softened. It is easy to use magnetic water softener for softening treatment, and the effect is acceptable. Sedimentation tank should be set up to remove suspended solids. If the cooling water is recycled, it is conducive to the softening of water quality, but it covers a large area and has a large capital investment.Krypton and xenon are mainly used in electric light sources. The lamp filled with krypton, xenon and argon mixture has the advantages of small volume, long service life and high efficiency. Generally, the efficiency is 4-5 times higher than that of incandescent lamp, and the service life can be increased by 2-3 times. Krypton and xenon are used in flash lamp and stroboscope. Because the discharge intensity of xenon lamp is higher than that of sunlight, the long arc argon lamp filled with xenon gas, commonly known as "little sun", has strong fog piercing ability, and can be used for lighting in airports, stations, docks and other places, as well as in the battlefield.
