The economy of oxygen generator mainly refers to the cost of producing unit product (per 1m3 oxygen). The cost includes power consumption, water consumption, oil consumption, steam consumption, auxiliary material consumption, maintenance cost and production management cost. In order to improve the economy of oxygen generator operation, we should strive to produce more products and reduce production costs.The design parameters of general purifier are: working pressure is 2MPa (gauge pressure), working temperature is 30 ℃, switching time is 8h. If the pressure of high-pressure air is not controlled during the heating of fractionator, the working pressure is likely to be lower than 1MPa (gauge pressure). Although the working temperature of purifier is still 30 ℃, the water brought into purifier per hour will double the design value.The oxygen pipeline must be cleaned and degreased before installation; the oxygen pipeline in the plant should be laid along the wall or pillar. The connection points of all pipelines and their auxiliary equipment shall be placed at conspicuous and convenient places for inspection; in the case of open laying, the oxygen pipeline and other pipelines are allowed to be laid at the same time, but the oxygen pipeline shall be laid on a separate support or hanger, and shall be laid on top of other pipelines. The distance between the oxygen pipe and other pipes is greater than 250mm;

In order to increase the heat exchange area, it is necessary to make the liquid oxygen surface as high as possible.DEAR Biogas purification unit.The expansion and contraction of bubbles in the cavity play the role of a continuous circulation like a "pump", which has a strong disturbance effect on boiling heat transfer and makes the heat transfer coefficient 6-8 times higher than that of smooth tube. In addition, due to the capillary action of the micropores on the porous surface, the liquid has a high circulation rate in the cavity, which can effectively prevent the explosion risk caused by the local concentration and accumulation of harmful impurities.
